Marvel vs. Capcom 3 includes Japanese and English voiceovers

Submitted by on Thursday, 22 July 2010No Comment

If you don’t like the voices of certain Capcom characters, you will be pleased to know that you can switch between their English and Japanese voiceovers.

On the @Capcom_Unity Comic-Con preview stream it was mentioned that gamers will have the option to select between Japanese and English voiceovers for certain Capcom characters. Just like in the Street Fighter IV series you will be able to choose each individual character’s voice. As you can imagine, this will not be possible for the heroes or villains from Marvel.

If you have been keeping up with the gameplay footage you may have already noticed the different voices. It’s good to know that we’ll be able to toggle them to our liking.

In case you missed the announcement earlier, Doctor Doom, Super-Skrull, Trish, and Chun-Li were confirmed as playable characters in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. This brings the total character count to 14.

We’ll keep you updated once more information is available. Until then, you can watch the Capcom Comic-Con preview right now on ustream.
