ModNation Racers patch next week reduces load times

Submitted by on Saturday, 31 July 20108 Comments

ModNation Racers is one of our most loved titles this year, as is in fact amongst DolphGB’s top PS3 games.

But one of the problems that most owners of the title complain about is the huge loading times that can be a big turn off between the adrenaline pumping action.

Next week however that could all change as United Front Games are releasing a big patch that is designed to fix many of the title’s issues.

The highlights include up to 50% faster loading in some cases, a family friendly casual difficulty to relieve players ready to strangle their AI opponents, support to invite your friends to XP races, and fixes to the online multiplayer stability.

In all it is quite a long overdue update, and it should be enough to win over many people who were frustrated with the various problems that the game originally stapled in their minds.

Are you satisfied with the changes? If you haven’t bought the game yet, do you think this update could change your stance? Please use the comments section below.
