European PS Store Update for 21st July – Hope you like punching people in the face…

The content for this week is pretty minimal. The latest episode of Sam & Max is the lone downloadable title aside from PSP minis (such as Young Thor). The demo for Kane and Lynch 2 is now available in Europe, which is funny because it’s a PlayStation Plus exclusive in North America.

Aside from the above, everything else is deals and DLC. The deals are pretty good, especially if you enjoy fighting games and beat ‘em ups. Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Final Fight: Double Impact, Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection Online, and Mortal Kombat 2 are all on sale. Take advantage while you can! Even the Super Street Fighter IV alternate costumes received a price cut. Since Revenge of the Wounded Dragons is on sale, you might want to pick that up for some additional beat ‘em up action.

North American PS Store Update For July 20th – Deals and DLC (again)

This week is pretty meh. There’s a craptacular PSone Classic that nobody wanted and a new episode of Sam & Max. Oh, and if you have PlayStation Plus you can try out Kane and Lynch 2. That’s it. The rest of this update is DLC, Deals, and Avatars.

The deals are quite good. After Burner Climax and Marvel vs. Capcom 2 are 50% off! Definitely take advantage of that deal while you can. For the fighting game fanatics out there, there are four avatars from Street Fighter III – 3rd Strike (Hugo, Q, Elena, Alex). Pretty boring update…
