A few days ago we showed you some evidence that suggested Sony will force us to subscribe to PlayStation Plus for the ‘privilege’ of having Hulu Plus on our PS3s.

Thankfully Sony have cleared a few things up. They say we will not need PlayStation Plus for Hulu after all, except for access for the Beta.

This is great news for those people who are interested in the service but are not necessarily jumping in the air for PlayStation Plus.

However despite this confirmation, there is still the large barrier stopping from people from getting all excited about Hulu Plus and that is the $10 a month subscription cost.

This is hardly surprising considering Hulu is free and will remain free on the PC. Is it really worth $10 a month to stream shows to your PS3?

You will also need to be a resident of the United States of America to use Hulu.
