Sony dates Gamescom conference

Submitted by on Wednesday, 28 July 20103 Comments

Next month Gamescom, the European gaming convention, returns to Cologne in Germany and all major publishers are expected to be there.

Sony has today announced the date and time for their conference there that could see a few exciting announcements.

It will start at 17:00 BST on Tuesday the 17th of August, the day before the show officially opens between the 18th and 22nd of August.

The company has also announced a list of some of the games we should expect to see:

  • Killzone 3
  • Gran Turismo 5
  • inFamous 2
  • LittleBigPlanet 2
  • DC Universe Online
  • Journey
  • Motorstorm: Apocalypse
  • Sorcery

Last year’s Sony announcements included the new slimmer PlayStation 3 with a big price drop, a new 3.0 firmware update, and a European video store. So there’s a chance that there will be a lot to talk about this year too, and you can of course rely on us to keep you up to date!
