All-star cast lending their voices to Fallout: New Vegas
Celebrities including Ron Perlman, Matthew Perry, Felicia Day, and Mr. Las Vegas himself, Wayne Newton, will be lending their voices to bring the characters of Fallout: New Vegas to life.
Ron Perlman should come as no surprise as he has been the Narrator for every major title in the series to date. Fallout: New Vegas will be no exception. Matthew Perry of Friends fame will play Benny, a smooth-talking, two faced gangster, and Felicia Day will take on the role of Veronica, a sarcastic Brotherhood of Steel scribe. Mr. Newton will be the voice of the Mojave Wasteland as it’s radio DJ.
“The Fallout franchise has taken narratives in interactive entertainment to the next level, and we could not be more excited about the all-new celebrity lineup for Fallout: New Vegas,” said Pete Hines, Vice President of PR and Marketing for Bethesda Softworks. “The voice acting provided by these actors helps drive the compelling and immersive story of Fallout and further adds to the overall gameplay experience.”
Those aren’t the only celebrities included as Zach Levi, Michael Dorn, Kris Kristofferson, Danny Trejo, John Doman and Rene Auberjonois will all be featured in the game.
The voice talent seems to be superb so let’s hope the script quality is on the same level too. Fallout: New Vegas will be released on October 19th and 22nd in the US and UK respectively.
