Alvion reveals Malicious, a beautiful new action game coming to the PSN
Malicious is a stunning new action game coming exclusively to the PlayStation Network in Japan.
Equipped with a magic cape, your mission is to take out the monsters know as the Malicious. The cape has the ability to change shapes and as you can see from the trailer above, it can turn into fists and even a sword.
Malicious gets straight to the point. Each stage starts you off in the middle of an epic battle against Malicious minions and bosses. There is no level progression or traveling required, although you do get to choose your stages. The level select idea sounds similar to what you’d expect from a Mega Man game. Defeating a boss will give you new powers and abilities that might give you an advantage against certain types enemies.
Malicious is coming to the PlayStation Network in Japan later this year. There is no word on a European or North American release as of yet. Let’s hope this game doesn’t stay exclusive to one region.
It deffo sounds interesting, and well worthy of some localisation. I reckon it could be a great game for the Demon's Souls set - give them some more epic bosses to get their teeth into :).
