If you remember back to just last year, we reviewed DiRT 2 and had nothing but great things to say.

Now, DiRT 3 is on the horizon and while it may still be way off in the distance, the fact that it’s in sight is enough to make us prance… well, not really, but you get what we’re trying to say.

That’s right, DiRT 3 has been announced by Codemaster and it’s bringing with it everything you’d expect:  Dirt, cars, big jumps and… flaming semi-trailers… yeah, we were confused by that part too but none-the-less, it’s a sweet looking trailer that has our mouths watering.

The first ever trailer for this rally-racer shows us drastically different weather conditions, a potential focus on drifting and it gives us a release window – although it’s about as vague as it gets.
