Beyond Good and Evil getting a HD Remake

Submitted by on Thursday, 30 September 201011 Comments

After the success of the God of War HD Remakes, and the response to the announcements of the Sly Cooper Trilogy and Team Ico Collection, Ubisoft has caught on with their own announcement that their cult hit ‘Beyond Good and Evil’ is getting a HD Remake.

Slightly different to the PlayStation remakes, this game will be released on the XBLA, as well as the PSN, sometime in 2011.

But that doesn’t mean its going to be a quick ‘dust-off and put on the store’ job. Everything is being improved, from textures, to character models, and even the score is getting a revamp.

With a sequel in the works that we can’t get a straight word on, Beyond Good and Evil HD might just be able to help us bide our time.
