Call of Duty: Black Ops gets customization video

Submitted by on Friday, 1 October 201021 Comments

With all this talk about Medal of Honor it has been easy to forget about that other big military shooter, Call of Duty: Black Ops.  Treyarch is putting their game back in the map with week with the talk about Nazi Zombies (although specific details have kept us from reporting it) and a new customization video.

If you’re a big fan of on-line multiplayer games, you probably like to see a lot of custom options in your game.  For your weapons, for you character and for your abilities.  Treyarch has you covered in all areas with Call of Duty: Black Ops.  Their newest trailer gives a very small preview of this high level of custom options.

In a game like this that will have players gaming for months and months to come, these kind of features are a very big deal.  The ability to change things up on a daily basis – like your camo, logos attachments, etc. – really does add longevity of the game.  It certainly seems like Black Ops is going to deliver on just about every front.

With that, we’ll turn it over to you.  What do you think about this video?  Are options like this a big deal for you when playing a multiplayer game over long periods of time?  Is there anything you’ve yet to see from Call of Duty: Black Ops that you think Treyarch should add?  We look forward to reading your comments.
