Free Medal of Honor DLC on the way
Although the latest Medal of Honor game is still in its infancy, that’s not stopping EA from pumping out the DLC packs. In a pretty surprising announcement, EA recently rolled out their plans for the first package of DLC for Medal of Honor. The pack will be quite sizable will include a new game mode and new maps.
The video below will explain it all for you but just in case you’re not the video type, we’ll hash it out for you in text. The new game mode is called Clean Sweep and is a round-based elimination game with no respawns. Along with this new mode comes two brand new maps, Bagram Hangar and Khyber Caves, as well as redesigned versions of the Diwagal Camp and Kabul City Ruins maps.
This pack will be available for free on the PlayStation Network staring November 2, but it’s only free to those who bought the game new and have the EA on-line pass that came with the game.
Aside from announcing the new DLC, EA also took the time to brag about the success of Medal of Honor. They announced that Medal of Honor has sold over 1.5 million units worldwide as of thus far. Pretty impressive considering the game has only been out for a week or less in most areas.
