Kick Ass New and Improved will be released on the PSN next week and will include a new mission called “Frank’s Night Club” and will include new fights and enemies.

This new version of the game will be available on November 9th for $9.99. Don’t fret if you already own the original Kick Ass though. You’ll be able to download New and Improved at no additional cost.

“We are committed to continually updating and improving the game,” said Howard Horowitz, Founder and CEO of WHA Entertainment, Inc. “The great thing about today’s digital entertainment platforms is the ability for developers to go back and update content for consumers who previously purchased the game as well as new players.”

Other additional changes to the game include new moves for the Red Mist boss fight such as a double hit spin attack and a toss attack team move for all playable characters. There will also be balancing to the AI, sound and trophy improvements.
