LittleBigPlanet 2 Creatinator video lands

Submitted by on Tuesday, 9 November 20106 Comments

We’re a few days late on this but we thought it was still worth posting.  It’s certainly no secret that LittleBigPlanet 2 is one of our most anticipated games here at the Attitude Towers. Every time we get new information or a new trailer we can’t help but dance around in excitement.  Displaying yet another one of the cool tools you’ll have at your disposal, Media Molecule has released a trailer that revolves around the ‘creatinator’.

With so many creation and level design tools already at your fingertips, it’s almost hard to imagine Media Molecule adding more of them to LittleBigPlanet 2.  Well that’s exactly what they’ve done and they’re more than happy to show it off with their most recent video.

The creatinator is a small helmet that sackboy wears that can spit out just about anything you can dream up.  We’re certain this new device will be utilized in the levels created by MM but the real excitement lies in what the community will do with it.  Have a look at the video below and prepare your drool rag.

In an unrelated post, the EU PlayStation Blog just recently posted some LittleBigPlanet concept art that shows how the idea of everyones favorite Play.Create.Share game came to be.  Interesting stuff but the perhaps the most entertaining part is a short concept video of sackboy having an unfortunate series of accidents.  You can find the concept video below.

So now that you’ve gotten to see those, on a scale of 1-10, what is your excitement level for LittleBigPlanet 2?  Ours is 1,567.
