Metro: Last Light – E3 Demo Part III

Submitted by on Sunday, 14 August 2011One Comment

The final installment of the Metro: Last Light E3 demo is finally here. Roughly a month after the event it looks as if we can put E3 2011 to bed at long last.

The demo kicked off with our heroes Artyom and Khan shooting their way through a Reich encampment in search of a prisoner who potentially holds the key to a peaceful Metro.

If you remember, the last time we saw Artyom and Khan they were doing a very poor job of blending in with the Reich which ultimately sent them running for their lives. And if you don’t recall any of this well, you can catch parts one and two below.

With the mysterious prisoner seemingly within arms reach of the demo predictably concludes. However there is a silver lining at the end of the trailer when it is revealed that a full 12 minute playthrough will be available on August 23rd. Let us all be thankful that it will not be issued in bite-sized pieces.
