“WHAT STARTS WITH WAR, ENDS WITH DEATH.”

As we begin to turn the page on 2011, a banner year for the video games industry, we turn our attention to the marquee releases that lie in near future. One of those of course being Darksiders II, the sequel to early 2010′s surprise hit.

The teaser gives a brief recap of the original game and alludes to Death’s vengeance upon those who wronged his brother War.

Bear in mind this is only a short teaser so the lack of actual gameplay footage should not be seen as glaring. It does however get us excited for Vigil Games‘ second journey into the Darksiders realm.

Darksiders II is slated for release sometime in 2012 but is currently without a firm release date.
