Namco Bandai teams up with Insert Coin Clothing for SoulCalibur V

Namco Bandai has teamed up with video game t-shirt company Insert Coin Clothing to bring fans an official SoulCalibur V shirt, just in time for its February release date.

Insert Coin Tees have always been of the highest quality gaming shirts, and typically feature some of the more obscure references such as Calber’s Fine English Ketchup from Metal Gear Solid or Hog Wild Airtours from Uncharted. No doubt the SoulCalibur franchise is in good hands.

The exclusive SoulCalibur V shirt Insert Coin Tees is producing will feature the swashbuckling pirate, Cervantes de Leon.

“The design itself is inspired by one of the most enduring characters of the entire series and drawing its style from the metal tees of the ‘70s and ‘80s, ‘Cervantes de Leon’ is all about the pirate king who just won’t die! His crazy taunts were always a pleasure and, well, you’ve gotta love a pirate haven’t you? This exclusive high contrast design, complete with ‘come with me to hell’ motif, is on a deliciously black tee”.

The t-shirt is set for sale in the UK just in time for SoulCalibur V’s February 3rd release date. Insert Coin hopes to continue its working relationship with Namco Bandai throughout 2012. Maybe this means we’ll see shirts for Tekken or even Dark Souls? One can certainly dream.
