Tekken Tag 2 ANCIENT OGRE psd jpgcopy e1340655221910 How would you remix Tekken Tag Tournament 2?Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is having a pretty cool contest that lets you re-imagine what the game might sound or look like by creating an original piece of art or music that reflects the game’s style.

Namco Bandai says it’s asking its fans “one simple questions”, which is: “If I were in charge of Tekken Tag Tournament 2, what would it look and sound like?”

Fans can create an original piece of art based on game characters and environments or remix one of six tracks from the game’s original soundtrack. Artists and music producers have until 16 July to submit their pieces with winners being announced on 23 July. Winners can win money, a collector’s edition of the game, a 12 month SoundCloud Pro account, and much more.

For more information, head over to the WE ARE TEKKEN app at https://www.facebook.com/tekken. Those entering the remix-only competition should head straight to http://www.junodownload.com/remix_tekken/.

To help get you in the mood, Namco Bandai has teamed up with various illustrators, artists and music produces from North America and Europe, including electro house artists Crookers, Busy P, Siriusmo, Jokers of the Scene and His Majesty Andre and comic artists such as Neal Adams, Alan Kupperberg and Daniel Govar. They, and others, have all produced remixes or re-imagined characters.

The work created by these artists and producers will be presented in the artbook alongside the winning fan entries and will appear on an exclusive remix CD in the WE ARE TEKKEN limited retail edition of the game, scheduled for European launch on 14 September 2012.

If any talented souls from the PS3 Attitude community have entered something, we would love to see or hear it. I personally would love a King Snuggie, someone please make this happen!
