Sony have announced that a new edition of the brilliant racing sim Gran Turismo 5 will be racing to PS3 later this Autumn to celebrate the successful collaboration with Nissan on the popular GT Academy programme.
Called the Academy Edition, it will include all of the downloadable content currently on the PlayStation Store as well as new features.
It seems Lil and Laarg will never escape Bakuki with the amount of downloadable content it’s receiving!
IGN have confirmed that the third DLC, The Underground, will be arriving next Tuesday and Wednesday for the NA and EU PlayStation Stores respectively.
ESRB ratings were reported about a month ago for Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City Stories for PS3 delivery. Now, the US PlayStation Blogcast crew has confirmed at least that GTA 3 is coming next Tuesday. Indie game franchise Knytt is coming later this year to the PS3 and PS Vita thanks to a partnership between the developer Nifflas, the production company Green Hill, and Ripstone Publishing.
Knytt Underground is the sequel to the PC platformers Knytt and Knytt Stories, which have boasted more than one million downloads globally. Both Green Hill and Nifflas will be handling the development of the new game, and Ripstone Publishing will be working on bringing the indie title to a wider audience.

An overperforming Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has helped Ubisoft to post improved sales figures for the last fiscal quarter, which ended on 30 June.
