LittleBigPlanet has become quite the pinnacle franchise for Sony consoles and handhelds, replacing many of the brand’s past mascots with Sackboy and Sackgirl. The PlayStation Vita has yet to receive a tasty piece of the LittleBigPlanet pie. That is all about to change, come 25 September, when Vita gets its own chance to Play, Create, and Share.
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will be given a public beta later this fall, PlayStation and SuperBot Entertainment announced today.
The news comes soon after a small number of individuals reported receiving early invites to a private beta for the game. The developers are busy working on servers and plan to continue sending more beta invites as time goes on so don’t fret if your email inbox is empty.

Capcom have officially announced that fan favourite Ada Wong will star in her own campaign that will have her fight against the undead.
She was rumoured to have her own campaign after fans had uncovered hints of it in the early access demo but unlike the rest of the playable characters who have partners, Ada will be fighting alone.
With the Summer draught of games upon us, a lot of us will go back and buy older games to make up for the lack of new ones and so it’s great that Sony are hosting their Summer Sale again.
It is set to be bigger than last year’s sale and we’re hoping for a few surprises to keep in line with their already amazing sales earlier in the year, maybe more Vita games hitting stunningly low prices like Modnation Racers and Little Deviants had done.
With the upcoming release of Darksiders II, THQ has announced that players who have played the original Darksiders will be able to unlock two special items in the game; a piece of armor and a weapon.
