PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale has been pushed back to November
The President of Superbot Entertainment , Chan Park, has taken to the PlayStation Blog to announce that PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale has been delayed by one month.
The team feel that this will allow them to release the game at a higher quality so that they can have the ultimate brawler this Winter.
PSASBR was originally going to release near the end of October but has now been pushed back to 20 November 2012 for NA, 21 November for most of Europe, 22 November for Australia and lastly, 23 November for the UK and Ireland.
Park’s has given reasons for the delay, stating that:
This will enable us to spend more time polishing, tuning and incorporating some of the great feedback from the current limited beta to ensure we are creating the best possible fighting game experience.
He has also reassured fans on the quality of the game by saying:
While it is our greatest desire to put this game into the hands of our fans as soon as possible, we do not want to do so at the sake of quality. We feel the additional time will be well worth the wait, and are excited to know that our fans will have the ultimate brawler in time for the holiday.
Expect more big announcements at gamescom and we’ll update you as we find out.
