Sony to offer big discounts during their EU PlayStation Store Summer Sale

Submitted by on Wednesday, 1 August 2012One Comment

With the Summer draught of games upon us, a lot of us will go back and buy older games to make up for the lack of new ones and so it’s great that Sony are hosting their Summer Sale again.

It is set to be bigger than last year’s sale and we’re hoping for a few surprises to keep in line with their already amazing sales earlier in the year, maybe more Vita games hitting stunningly low prices like Modnation Racers and Little Deviants had done.

Sony will be offering discounts on over 50 titles including full Blu-ray games, PlayStation Network titles, downloadable content, PSP games, PSOne Classics, minis and movies and you will be able to see what takes your fancy from 1st August up until 5th September.

Some amazing offers include L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition for £19.49/€23.99, Midnight Club: Los Angeles Complete Edition for £13.99/€23.99 and they both come with an extra 15% and a 25% discount respectively for you cheeky chaps with PlayStation Plus.

Alongside these great deals, Sony will be offering seven Summer savings that will only last for 4 days each and will then be replaced by another deal.

This will carry on every 4 days until 28th August but in case you forget, make sure to check the PlayStation Store on these dates:

Deal 1 – 1-4 August

Deal 2 – 5-8 August

Deal 3 – 9-12 August

Deal 4 – 13-16 August

Deal 5 – 17-20 August

Deal 6 – 21-24 August

Deal 7 – 25-28 August

Deal 1 is FIFA 12 and it will be a stunning £23.99/€29.99 (down from £54.99/€69.99) whilst PS Plus members will receive the FIFA EURO 2012 DLC at no extra charge.

Will you be spending your money on any of the current spectacular savings or will you be waiting until the rest of the seven deals have been revealed? Whatever your decision is, let us know in the usual place below.
