Patches which allow PS Vita users to play the God of War Collection, ICO and Shadow of the Colossus via Remote Play will go live today, Sony has announced.

An image of ICO playing on PS Vita was shown on Twitter on Monday by Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida along with a claim that the patch was almost ready. Well today the news was announced on the EU PlayStation Blog.

The games have been given an “intuitive new control system” where you can choose to have the R2 and L2 buttons mapped to the rear touch pad.

The patches should arrive in the UK around 4pm.
