PS Vita gets another free game; Ecolibrium
With addictive titles such as Treasures of Montezuma Blitz and Frobisher Says!, gamers can hardly move for free games on PS Vita right now. You can never have too many free games though, so Sony has announced that another one is arriving on the PS Store tomorrow, entitled Ecolibrium.
Ecolibrium is an ‘imaginative real-time eco-system simulator’, which admittedly isn’t the most exciting description ever, but the game itself actually looks like it has potential. The aim of Ecolibrium is to maintain harmony within your own specific eco-system, by ensuring that each species’ population stays balanced and consistent.
The title is set to take advantage of many of the Vita’s features, including Near and GPS tracking (3G Vitas only), and there are even online challenges with global leaderboards. It also includes PSN trophies; a rarity for free games on the service.
Check out the above trailer, and try Ecolibrium for yourself by simply downloading it from the PlayStation Store after tomorrow’s weekly update.
