Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed shows up on Amazon; boxart, release date, and price

Amazon has updated its listing for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed in the US and UK. The listings show the release date, price for PS3 and Vita, and that wonderful Limited Edition boxart.

The tides are turning for titles released stateside before Europe, as is the case with Sonic’s next multi-terrain racer. According to, Europe can get their PS3 or Vita copies on 16 November while the US must wait until 20 November.

North America will get to race alongside one of the largest casts of recognizable Sega stars in the Bonus Edition, which is the only option listed on You can pre-order it right now for $39.99 for PS3 or $29.99 for Vita. If its anything like the UK’s Limited Edition, then it will come bundled with the exclusive Outrun Bay track with Challenges and Time Trials. Also in the Limited Edition is Metal Sonic, his transforming turbine vehicle, and a Metal Sonic Mod Pack.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Limited Edition is apparently exclusive to PS3 and can be pre-ordered from for £32.99. If you’d prefer the not-so-limited edition, the UK gets a standard edition that will save you a bit at just £29.99 for PS3 and £24.66 for Vita. You’ll still get more than 20 Sega characters to race across 16 diverse and ever-changing tracks.
