Escape Plan, an artistic puzzler on the Vita, has received another bunch of DLC as well as a patch – 1.04 – which allows you to use the handhelds buttons rather than the touch controls.

We imagine this will be a Godsend to those who find the touch controls to be too temperamental, especially when playing on a train or in a car where the any form of jolt can send Lil and Laarg plummeting to their deaths.

The Director’s Cut DLC contains 21 new stages, and trophies, that further show Lil and Laargs poor planning skills in actually escaping Bakuki.

Included with the DLC are 2 new costumes with the themes of Halloween and Valentine’s Day that are given to you upon completion of the Director’s Cut levels. Maybe Bakuki just loves Lil and Laarg?

The free patch also includes 2 new costumes dubbed Timeless and Lost Clause.

The DLC is a reasonable £3.99/€4.99/$4.99 and considering how great the title is, we recommend that you join the loveable Lil and Laarg on their next adventure.
