Spotted by the eagle-eyed staff at PSN Stores, the SingStar Viewer app has been discontinued. The app, designed to allow users to browse and purchase songs and view uploaded videos, has been discontinued by Sony. Now why would they do that?
The recent release of LittleBigPlanet on PlayStation Vita has opened the floodgates for massive franchises to appear on the system, with the heavyweights of Assassin’s Creed and Call of Duty to follow very soon. Escape Plan, an artistic puzzler on the Vita, has received another bunch of DLC as well as a patch – 1.04 – which allows you to use the handhelds buttons rather than the touch controls.
We imagine this will be a Godsend to those who find the touch controls to be too temperamental, especially when playing on a train or in a car where the any form of jolt can send Lil and Laarg plummeting to their deaths.
