A trio of PS3 games get release dates
The past week saw a number of high profile PS3 games finally get confirmed release dates; Capcom’s Remember Me, Deep Silver’s Metro: Last Light and Sony’s Beyond: Two Souls.
First up is Remember Me, the intriguing action/adventure game developed by new French developer Dontnod Entertainment and published by Capcom. The latest trailer (you can watch it below) revealed the US release date to be 4th June (and 7th June for the UK), so there’s not long to wait until we can explore 2084 Neo-Paris.
A little nearer is FPS/survival horror hybrid Metro: Last Light, developed by 4A Games. It seems Deep Silver are just as committed to the game as its previous publisher, THQ, as the former recently announced a release date of 14th May in North America and 17th May in the UK.
Finally, coming in at the end of the year (and possibly set to be the PS3’s last big exclusive title) is Beyond: Two Souls from Quantic Dream and Sony. Announced as the release date in the US was 8th October, while the UK will get the game some time that month (likely the 11th).
David Cage also announced that Willem Dafoe will be playing Nathan Dawkins, a government scientist who is tasked with analysing the strange powers of main character Jodie Holmes, played by Ellen Page. You can see both of them in action in the new trailer below.
