Flower to grace the Vita

Submitted by on Thursday, 30 May 2013No Comment

FlowerIndie-hit Flower, developed by thatgamecompany, is seemingly heading to PlayStation Vita if IndieCade’s list of playable titles is correct. Flower has met critical acclaim on PSN and was followed by the spectacular Journey last year.

Flower would be a perfect fit for Vita, and though no details have been released yet, we assume that the touch-screens and tilt functions will be used as Sixaxis was utilised on PSN – it was also the best use of Sixaxis we’ve seen yet.

However, if it is being ported to Vita, then it seems like Sony is doing this of their own accord as thatgamecompany claim they are currently not doing ports. They’ve acknowledged the listing and haven’t denied the possibility, though.
