Rayman Legends confirmed for Vita

Submitted by on Tuesday, 28 May 2013No Comment

RaymanLegendsUbisoft has announced that Rayman Legends will be arriving on Vita alongside its console counterparts later this year. It will come with exclusive features which will utilise Vita functionalities.

These exclusive features take the form of 5 maps which are playable with Murphy, the lovable guide from Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, via the rear touchpad.  This will be available along with all of the original Rayman Legends content.

You will be able to play co-op online via wi-fi, but only if you’re in the same country, and will be able to compete in online challenges to get a higher rank on the leaderboards. We assume the co-op will be for the campaign where you will take control of Rayman and Globox.

The vita will also be receiving costumes; you’ll be able to dress Rayman as the Prince of Persia and Globox and Sam Fisher from the Splinter Cell series.
