PlayStation Vita exclusive Tearaway sees delay
Developer Media Molecule has announced, via their blog, that Tearaway is going to be delayed by a month for some last-minute polishing.
Being MM’s first foray in to handheld gaming, they want to ensure that Tearaway is a top-notch adventure that fans will love.
MM explained the delay, stating that:
We are now in the final stages of development, and have come to the realisation that we need a little more time than we anticipated to finish the game; to tie all of the mechanics, story and amazing visuals together into the adventure that we want you to play. To give us that time, we’ve decided to move the release date by one month, from mid-October, to November 22nd.
So there you have it, Tearaway will now release on November 22nd, and unless stated otherwise, this should be a worldwide release date.
MM also wish for your patience whilst they work to deliver the best possible game that they can, saying:
We’re really, really sorry for the minor delay, we promise you hand on heart that the wait will be worthwhile! Thanks for being patient, please don’t be too cross with us, lots of love, Mmxxxx
