Submitted by on Saturday, 7 September 2013No Comment

DSIIPublisher Namco Bandai has announced that the Dark Souls II beta will begin on 12th October, as they’d like your feedback on ways to make the game excruciatingly difficult.

Maybe they just like to see us cry.

The second wave will begin on 27th October, inviting more players to experience Dark Souls unique way of making you despise yourself.

If you live in EU, NA or AUS (or have a spare account for one of these regions) then you’re able to go here to download your free registration ticket. If you’re successful, you can expect to take part in the beta when it starts. Alternatively, you can download it from the store on your PS3.

Dark Souls II laughs in the face of your survival.

Players will be able to experience a new area in the game, certain to be filled with death and bonfires, to whet your appetite for the full release next March. Sadly, it won’t be available on PS4.
