Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII to come with Japanese voiceover
But in good news, you’ll now be able to pick between the English and Japanese voice-overs when it arrives overseas, pleasing those who aren’t fans of the English dub, although we can’t understand what’s not to love with Ali Hillis and Troy Baker.
This is a first for the series and the Japanese voice-over pack will be free for the first two weeks, becoming paid for DLC once the fortnight is up. You can always add it to your download list regardless of whether or not you own the game though, so it’ll always be there in future.
As with the previous installments in the XIII series, the lip-syncing has been altered so that no matter which language you choose, the characters won’t be flapping their jaws around needlessly.
