I have been an avid gamer since I learned how to hold a controller. My favorite games include Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Mega Man, Ratchet & Clank, Resident Evil; the list could probably go on forever. I am also a big movie and television junkie. Pretty much anything technological or entertainment-related will satisfy my curiosity.

The Dragon Ball franchise has been with Atari for quite some time, that is, until now. It looks like the series will be heading back home to its original Japanese publisher, Namco Bandai. The company states that they will publish all Dragon Ball games for five years starting January 2010. They will also take over the most recent DB games; Dragon Ball: Raging Blast, Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo, and Dragon Ball Z: Attack of the Saiyans all this year. Looks like Atari is going to be sailing through some rough waters…

There are a variety of weapons, costumes, and new levels to choose from. They all sound great but there’s one little problem. Which package do we want with our pre-order?

The entire city of New York has been infested with this specialized virus; one that was designed as a biological weapon that can be targeted against an entire race of people. It has unfortunately been spread across the city and you are the key.

Not only does June 25 celebrate the “Fiesta of Santa Orosia” in Spain, but the two year anniversary of Super Stardust HD as well. It seems like it was just yesterday when we downloaded this little fellow and started destroying asteroids and enemies.
Now, two years later, the game has spawned a demo and two additional add-on packs, not to mention a portable version for the PSP. Petteri Putkonen, one of the developers at Housemarque, took the time to speak to the fans on this joyous occasion…
There’s no doubt about it. We love our post apocalyptic and alien monsters just as much as the rest of you. That’s why we are pleased to hear that the creators of Fallout 3 and the upcoming Brink, Bethesda, have purchased id Software who are most known for the creation of Doom and Quake.
From the sound of things, it looks like this merger will be beneficial to those that matter most; the gamers. Not much is going to change in terms of employment or upcoming releases committed to other publishers. So what exactly is going to change you ask?
Yesterday we told you of The Cardboard Tube Samurai making his debut appearance in Tekken 6, most likely as one of Yoshimitsu’s alternate costumes. It was actually quite some time ago when we were promised that Bionic Commando: Rearmed for the PSN would be getting trophies. We waited and wait, but to no avail…that is, until now.
Yes, almost a year later, our good friend John Diamonon over at the PlayStation.Blog has announce that Rearmed would be getting a patch real soon. There are also some other enhancements that will be coming with the patch but you’re not interested in those, are you?

The PlayStation 3 has been lacking in the traditional JRPG department since its infant days as a console. With the release of Cross Edge, we were hoping for a break though game featuring five top developers; Capcom, Nippon Ichi, Namco Bandai, Gust, and Idea Factory, after all, there is a certain excitement about controlling your own personal Prinny, Morrigan Aensland, Meu, and Aurica Nestmile army.
In reality, the game is like a complicated calculus equation. The road to the solution can be long and arduous, but upon arrival, there is a certain satisfaction. That, and the fact that there were probably hundreds of times we wanted to hurl our controller at the television screen and call it quits…
E3 is not just about the video games and booth babes. There’s much more to it than that, after all, you can’t hear that sneaky Helghast sneak up without a decent surround sound system or execute a perfect head shot in Call of Duty 4 with simply a Dualshock 3? Sure, it can get the job done but you want to be the best out there, don’t you?
We had the chance to try out Tritton Technologies latest surround sound headset, the AX Pro, which brings the ultimate listening experience straight to your ears. In addition, we also tested SplitFish’s FragFX controller designed specifically for the PS3.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma was one of the first must-have games on the PS3. The graphics were beautiful and the gameplay was spectacular. The game had its fair share of problems too, most notably, the camera angles. It’s good to hear, then, that Team Ninja has addressed this issue for the upcoming Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. The game takes everything that made the original Sigma good, and makes it better.
