I have been an avid gamer since I learned how to hold a controller. My favorite games include Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Mega Man, Ratchet & Clank, Resident Evil; the list could probably go on forever. I am also a big movie and television junkie. Pretty much anything technological or entertainment-related will satisfy my curiosity.
The latest gameplay trailer for Final Fantasy XIII-2 showcases some of the other things you can do aside from the main storyline campaign.
Final Fantasy XIII was criticized for being too linear and having not a lot of variety in its gameplay. XIII-2 aims to drastically change that with a variety of rewarding side quests, puzzle sections, and Captain Cryptic’s “Confounding Quiz.” Will it be enough to keep players interested, though?
Capcom has official unveiled the next installment in the Resident Evil franchise. Turns out fans were right in that the creepy No Hope Left viral campaign was indeed for Resident Evil 6. Set 10 years after …

Capcom has released a new trailer for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, this time featuring something that is perhaps more dangerous than the zombies, lickers, and tyrants rampaging through Raccoon City.
Motosports come in all shapes and sizes, from the massively realistic races of Gran Turismo 5 to the slot cars of PixelJunk Racers. Somewhere in between lies TNT Racers; an arcade-style multiplayer racer where driving skill and power-ups determines the winner.
Originally released for the PSP and Wii, TNT Racers has finally made it to the PSN and Xbox LIVE. Does the downloadable title manage to pack an explosive punch, or does its fuse fizzle out before the starting flag is waved?
High definition releases of the famed first person rail shooters The House of the Dead 3 and 4 will be coming soon exclusively to the PSN, SEGA announced.
The House of the Dead 3 will release first on February 7th with The House of the Dead 4 coming later in the spring. Both versions will feature updated HD graphics, trophies, and PlayStation Move support to give you that full arcade zombie experience.
Namco Bandai has teamed up with video game t-shirt company Insert Coin Clothing to bring fans an official SoulCalibur V shirt, just in time for its February release date.
Insert Coin Tees have always been of the highest quality gaming shirts, and typically feature some of the more obscure references such as Calber’s Fine English Ketchup from Metal Gear Solid or Hog Wild Airtours from Uncharted. No doubt the SoulCalibur franchise is in good hands.
2011 was a superb year for video games with titles such as Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, Killzone 3, Modern Warfare 3, and a slew of other games, both with and without 3 in the title. With so many great contenders out there, it’s been difficult to pick just one to crown as Game of the Year.
I’ll admit that narrowing down my list of top games was a difficult task, but there was always one game that stuck out most; one game that managed to satisfy every criteria in my head; one game that excelled in all aspects. As a result, I’ve chosen Deus Ex: Human Revolution as the best game of 2011.
Originally released for the PSone, Vanguard Bandits makes its PSN debut in North America, nearly two years after its Japanese PSN release. The game features giant armored mechs battling it out in a tactical RPG fashion, like in Final Fantasy Tactics. With so many games in the genre nowadays, can this 10-year-old title still draw blood, or is it destined to collect rust on the battlefield?
MonkeyPaw Games is most notable for bringing original Japanese PlayStation titles over to the American and European PSN. With titles such as Chou Aniki and Sonic Wings Special, they’ve become somewhat of a niche. Their latest release, however, is not an import but a remake of the classic arcade game BurgerTime.
In BurgerTime, the object of the game is to create delicious hamburgers one layer at a time, all the while avoiding the dangerous condiments and toppings that try and stop you. It was popular back in the 80s and MonkeyPaw Games has teamed up with developers Frozen Codebase to bring the game into the current generation with BurgerTime World Tour.

The game has all of the elements of a platformer. There are items to collect in the form of stars, complex puzzles to unlock, and larger-than-life bosses to encounter.
