God of War Saga and inFamous Collection making their way to the US later this year

Sony has announced that they will be releasing the God of War Saga and the inFamous Collection later this year exclusively to the US.

They will both be released on 28th August for $29.99 each and although they are currently only planned for the US, a Europe release has not been ruled out.

Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel takes you to Mexico

EA have kept the Army of Two series under wraps since it’s last game, The 40th Day, was released in early 2010 but have today announced that fans will see another game, The Devil’s Cartel, as EA are aiming for it to be on store shelves by March 2013.

Visceral Games, developers of the Dead Space and Dante’s Inferno series’, will be bringing us the game and have taken over from EA Montreal creating it. We have faith that Visceral Games will put a fresh, unique take on it and that it will stand up against the ever-growing list of games coming out early next year.

Far Cry 3′s co-op mode debuted at E3 to a mixed reception but hopefully any doubts are quelled once you have a look at the new features on offer.

Although the single-player campaign looks brilliant, the game will be testing your ability to escape the island by giving you reasons to draw you to it to once again fend off insanity.

A lot of people have played Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls and experienced how frustrating it is to have another player barge in on your game and absolutely ruin your day.

Resident Evil 6, in true horror fashion, will be adding a similar feature where players get to control specific monster types to take down our beloved heroes as they already battle against insurmountable odds.

Capcom have officially announced that fan favourite Ada Wong will star in her own campaign that will have her fight against the undead.

She was rumoured to have her own campaign after fans had uncovered hints of it in the early access demo but unlike the rest of the playable characters who have partners, Ada will be fighting alone.

With the Summer draught of games upon us, a lot of us will go back and buy older games to make up for the lack of new ones and so it’s great that Sony are hosting their Summer Sale again.

Sony have announced that a new edition of the brilliant racing sim Gran Turismo 5 will be racing to PS3 later this Autumn to celebrate the successful collaboration with Nissan on the popular GT Academy programme.

SuperBot have announced that Sony favourites Cole MacGrath and Jak and Daxter will be playable characters in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

It seems that Daxter will be an extension of Jak’s move list rather than being a separate playable character but we don’t think anybody expected any different considering that the furry fuzzball is happy to let Jak do the fighting.
