Huge hulking supersoldier. Ace spacecraft Pilot. Ass-kicking female parkour expert. These are things I am not. Not in real life, at least. In the digital age, however, things are different. We are sorry; how very remiss of us. It seems that we missed something.
We know what massive fans of the US PS3 adverts you all are, and we accidentally overlooked one!
Allow us to rectify this gross oversight…
What do you do when you have a license for a movie sequel released last year about a bunch of zoo animals in an unique and hugely significant part of the world?
You got it; make a game based on said zoo animals karting about! Simples!
It’s not like us to point out the obvious; we prefer to let our readers make up their own minds. But when it is as blatant as this, there has to be something bigger going on, surely?
We are, of course, speaking about the latest trailer for 3D Dot Game Heroes.
…And we here at ‘Tude Towers have a sparkly new trailer to celebrate the upcoming release of this awesome RPS*.
Not only does it demonstrate the great chunky gore featured in the game, it also gives us a glimpse of the skill trees available.
Ben Heck, famous for his laptop-ification, has taken his talents to task on the PS3 Slim.
Not only that, he has created what is quite possibly the neatest, most viable product re-design we have seen in quite some time.
Free LittleBigPlanet goodies are available for those who have the US version of the game, courtesy of the Sony Wonder site.

Tokyo Game Show 2009 is going well; Sony had a strong press conference, revealing new details on the Motion Controller and a number of surprise additions to the list of compatible games.
The good news isn’t restricted to the Sony camp, either. Capcom have revealed a slew of new information for the upcoming Lost Planet 2. Screens, info and a trailer are all present and correct. We’ve even done the hard part and sifted through it all for the most interesting details!

The Beatles: RockBand has been available for some time now.
While some of us have taken the jump and are loving the Rock God lifestyle*, we know that there are some of you out there who might not have embraced the new wave of music game just yet.
It seems that Harmonix are aware of this too, as they have put together a tempting new musical package.
Fanboys are an annoyance at best. At worst, they are the bane of the industry and cause problems for the majority of level-headed gamers.
That’s not a wild attempt to get you talking; we have proof to back up our views from some of the best known names in the gaming industry.
The off-on-off-on relationship we have with Trine is a bit too familiar for some here at Attitude Towers.
First we fall in love with the concept, then it is out of favour when we learn what the cost of the game will be. We loathe the game for the delay imposed and love it once more when we get our hands on the demo.
So do we love it or hate it today?
In the latest in the series of now-controversial PS3 advertising campaigns, Sony are pushing their platform with another stellar reason to buy the console.
But with Kevin Butler doling out the advice, it’s never a straightforward message.
Ah, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan. How we love the unique way in which their releases play out.
Even the hype is subtle, building gradually and gracefully until the whole community is set to fever pitch.
…Until now.
