BioWare released a special video today giving fans a rundown of all of the voice talent team assembled for Mass Effect 3.
Headlining the store update this week is a little game called Puddle, a free-flowing game, physics-based puzzler which will inevitably take you through gardens, foundries and the human body.
Other highlights include a trio of full PS3 games and Mini Ninjas.

Given the run of stellar games that have come out of Bioware and the Mass Effect franchise specifically, most gamers are comfortable with the understanding that the Canada-based development studio will do right by Commander Shepard in Mass Effect 3. Starhawk officially made its way onto the 2012 calendar while Max Payne 3, not to be outdone, issued its second launch date.
No doubt the ’12 for 12′ sale we previewed yesterday takes precedence this week but it’s not the only reason to explore that blue shopping bag that resides on your XMB.

The European Store’s first official update of 2012 leaves a little something to be desired. Nary a demo for your judgement. However we can all give the store a pass this week in the spirit of the new year.

The PlayStation Store has officially entered the new year. Right off the bat PS+ members are given free downloads of Back To The Future The Game, Swords & Soldiers, as well as Syphon Filters 1-3.

Now that I’ve had some time to look back at the year that was 2011 (technically still is in fact), it’s no longer hyperbole to declare it one of the industry’s best since the dawn of Pong. Nearly every highly-anticipated game made good on its potential (except for you, Dragon Age II), making it nearly impossible to widdle this embarrassment of riches down to a solitary game.
For the final North American PS store update of the year the store is in full accordance with the K.I.S.S. (keep it short and simple) rule.
There isn’t much to be had this week but there are definitely a few gems including Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD (first time on PlayStation) and a trio of Splinter Cell titles.

This week the store continues to enjoy its much needed injection of dinosaurs via Jurassic Park: The Game. While we’re admittedly unsure of whether or not the game’s worth the download, few things are not improved by velociraptors.
Other highlights this week include full game downloads of Ico and Shadow of The Colossus as well as a nugget of free DLC for Batman: Arkham City.
