Bad news for bionic corporate America; they have lost one of their own in this state of economic turmoil. Depending on whom you ask at his former office, the bionic middle manager was summarily dismissed as part of a strategic downsizing or because of his role in an unfortunate high-five celebration mishap.

Don’t feel too bad for him, our bionic friend has bounced back and found a job already. Nothing as cool as a fireman or profitable as a middle manager, but it puts food on his bionic table. He’s a paperboy.

Not to be outdone by Namco Bandai, EA have come out swinging in terms of media for the upcoming Battlefield: Bad Company 2.

The sequel to 2008′s well-recieved Bad Company is going to feature some rather more frosty locales, from the look of these screens. What’s more, there is even a video to accompany the images.

Poor Bats can’t catch a break. Dead to Rights:Retribution – technically the fifith title in Namco Bandai’s Dead to Rights franchise – is coming to the PS3 in the last quarter of the year.

With yesterday’s news of Fallout 3 DLC coming to the PS3 first to shake the foundations of fanboydom, we now have footage from arguably the most secretive “in development” PS3 title right now – Team Ico’s next game – leaked on to the web.

What better way to highlight Inferno Pool’s competitive nature than some actual footage epitomising the spirit and utter geekiness of what happens when grown men gather around a console, talk smack and try to better their fellow man in a tribal contest. What this new footage shows (apart from four guys goofing around) is just how Inferno Pool’s vindictive nature can surface in an instant.

This Thursday we have a bumper package of LittleBigPlanet DLC crawling out of the bowels of the PSN. But this is no normal DLC. We are getting the first of a new type of pack this week – one which will add to the current DLC canon, as well as provide far better value for money. But what exactly makes this particular content pack so special?

Capcom have released the best trailer yet for the upcoming Bionic Commando. But there are some strange things you notice if you scrutinize the video. Well, maybe not, but we noticed a few odd likenesses during our first few hundred views.

Well we didn’t spot it in our Homerun yesterday, but it has come out that in the PlayStation Home video we posted from the Official Blog, there is a hidden code for two free hats in the online universe.

When you have the code, you must enter it into ‘Reedeem Codes’ from Account Management or via the PlayStation Store.

Considering End of Eternity is a popular Isaac Asimov novel over here in the West, it’s no surprise to see the upcoming Japanese RPG of the same name go through a change of title for us gaijin.

Developed by famed Star Ocean creators tri-Ace, the newly christened Resonance of Fate is to be published by RPG defenders Sega.

Hot off the heels of the impressive ‘Mission Variety’ video comes the opening cinematic for PROTOTYPE. The video showcases the protagonist Alex Mercer showing his acrobatic prowess in the run down and seemingly isolated New York City streets during the day, before showing us the perils that come with the night.

It’s no doubt that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is going to be one heck of a blockbuster this summer. Fast cars, hot women, and huge explosions are the perfect formula for success. The trailer was just released last week and it was awesome. This week, we have the trailer for the upcoming game adaptation and it is just as cool.
