Best known for their massively successful Fallout and Elder Scrolls franchises, Bethesda recently announced that the company was working with Splash Damage to bring a new intellectual property – ‘Brink’ – screaming and kicking into the world.
Final Fantasy XIV was announced at the E3 Sony Press Conference alongside a great trailer. We have managed to get said trailer and even some screens of the game. With the news that this game will be out in 2010 still echoing in the conference hall, we have just one question: Why are you not ogling that sweet, sweet footage yet?
Koei have taken on Greek history in the new title, Warriors – Legends of Troy. But what can we expect from the game? Massive battles are assured, no doubt. Play as a Hero? Most likely. Outcries of ‘THIS IS SPARTA!’? …hopefully not. All we have just now is a teaser trailer, but don’t let that stop you – it’s very good!
You are not imagining things. The brand which has conquered Indiana Jones and Star Wars is now taking on a new challenge; Rock Band. We have a trailer to prove it and everything! What else can you expect to come to a Rock Band game when you add LEGO? Bricks. Lots and lots of bricks…

With E3 just around the corner, we are starting to see a large number of videos, trailers and goodies released. The bods over at Insomniac are not ones to miss a trick, so we are delighted to see that they have released a trailer with gameplay footage as well as an interview with Creative Director Brian Algeier.
Square Enix are pulling out some big E3 guns early. With billboards already up in the US citing FFXIII as being released next year and massive expectations for the announcements at the conference proper, Square Enix have got some serious work cut out for them in order to please the fans.
Hopefully the trailer for the relatively-new addition to the SE family, Nier, will not represent the high-point of the reveals. Not because it is bad or anything – moreso because we want more news. Bigger news. All the time
As you may already know, PS3 Attitude will be next week in Los Angeles to cover E3 and to meet with readers and industry friends while sharing a few drinks and giving away cool prizes.
SEGA has shared with us a Bayonetta E3 trailer with more WTF moments than a WTF family vacation in WTF City, Kentucky (Population: WTF!?). If this game wasn’t on your radar before, we suspect you just got a major blip on your screen; either that or you got a text. Anyway, take a look at Bayonetta fighting just about everyone and everything in this E3 video.
Our paperboy did not have a long run. In fact, he didn’t even make it out of that neighborhood before word spread and the authorities were involved.
Always the optimistic one, our bionic protagonist made the best of his house arrest by earning a proctologist degree by mail. They should really make background checks before mailing degrees all willy-nilly.
Yesterday we were at the global launch of the new Sony Ericsson AINO, the first mobile phone to include PS3 Remote Play technology.
We got a chance to get our hands on the device itself whilst at the event, and managed to capture some (shaky) video of the phone accessing the PS3. But what else does the AINO offer?

Several game modes are promised to ensure variety and Atlus are hoping to steal the puzzler crown when the title hits the PSN. Does Droplitz have what it takes, or is it another damp squid?
The people at Capcom have been tinkering away on Dark Void for quite some time now, with the game encompassing a number of themes and taking cues from several well-known games and movies.
In the latest video for the project, the brains behind the operation talk about the influences which have affected the game and how it has changed since the original concept was first floated.
As you may have read, FUEL is the record-breaking racer from Codemasters and is due out June 5th.
To show off exactly what the game is like in terms of sheer size, Codemasters released a trailer which combines both the team discussing some of the technical aspects of the game with some of the breathtaking scenery from within the game itself.
Bad news for bionic corporate America; they have lost one of their own in this state of economic turmoil. Depending on whom you ask at his former office, the bionic middle manager was summarily dismissed as part of a strategic downsizing or because of his role in an unfortunate high-five celebration mishap.
Don’t feel too bad for him, our bionic friend has bounced back and found a job already. Nothing as cool as a fireman or profitable as a middle manager, but it puts food on his bionic table. He’s a paperboy.
Not to be outdone by Namco Bandai, EA have come out swinging in terms of media for the upcoming Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
The sequel to 2008’s well-recieved Bad Company is going to feature some rather more frosty locales, from the look of these screens. What’s more, there is even a video to accompany the images.
Poor Bats can’t catch a break. Everywhere he turns there is someone trying to beat him down, someone trying to break his flow, someone showing up in skimpy new uniforms, someone trying to break his back or even someone trying to hunt him down like some kind of snake. It’s his own fault really; who hangs out in a psychiatric hospital overrun with lunatics?
Add one more person to that list because Poison Ivy joins the festivities as her longing to ‘grow together’ reaches new heights in Arkham Asylum. But not in the way we expect, the lady in green that does not rhyme with ‘bulk’ has a very different perspective on personal growth.
Dead to Rights:Retribution – technically the fifith title in Namco Bandai’s Dead to Rights franchise – is coming to the PS3 in the last quarter of the year.
Whilst previous games have garnered mixed verdicts, there is something that makes us cautiously optomisitc about this release.
Maybe is has something to do with the flurry of media that was released about the game today.
It’s really turning out to be a week of “megaton” reveals.
With yesterday’s news of Fallout 3 DLC coming to the PS3 first to shake the foundations of fanboydom, we now have footage from arguably the most secretive “in development” PS3 title right now – Team Ico’s next game – leaked on to the web.
What better way to highlight Inferno Pool’s competitive nature than some actual footage epitomising the spirit and utter geekiness of what happens when grown men gather around a console, talk smack and try to better their fellow man in a tribal contest. What this new footage shows (apart from four guys goofing around) is just how Inferno Pool’s vindictive nature can surface in an instant.
