Here is where the salient details come in; GamesAid raise money. The industry support them in this endeavour. And what is the best way to support a charity? Give them all the profits from a great gaming triple-pack, that’s what!
FUEL, Codemasters’ latest racing franchise, may well have been breaking world records, but nobody is doing doughnuts over the game’s sales figures.
The title has so far managed to sell only 60,000 copies on the PS3 and 70,000 on the Xbox 360 after five weeks on the shelves. If you’re wondering how that compares to other racing titles, Motorstorm: Pacific Rift did 67,000 copies on launch day alone.
But all that could be about to change, thanks to a new demo that has been launched for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC today.
As you may have read, FUEL is the record-breaking racer from Codemasters and is due out June 5th.
To show off exactly what the game is like in terms of sheer size, Codemasters released a trailer which combines both the team discussing some of the technical aspects of the game with some of the breathtaking scenery from within the game itself.
Here’s a question for you.

If you were to mosey over to Codemaster’s FUEL web-site today you would be in for a pleasant surprise. Not only do we get a release date but we have some actual game-play footage to mull over.
Take a look at 7 new screenshots for the upcoming FUEL. It looks like we have some expansive environmental landscapes to gawk at including lightning, a tornado, and possibly and earthquake?
We especially love the attention to the rider details on the bikes. The gritty look of their clothes is crisp and defined, just as it is on the vehicles as well. Check out the rest of the screens after the jump…
