Not every publisher chose to brandish their full catalog of upcoming titles in Cologne for GamesCom.

In fact many of the industry’s most prominent publishers chose instead to highlight a select few of their AAA games for the event. 2K for instance showed only a single game but that game happens to be Borderlands 2.

In this cornucopia of game trailers you will find content from the aforementioned Borderlands 2, Dark Souls, Saints Row: The Third and Assassin’s Creed Revelations just to name a few.

You’ve died and gone to trailer heaven.

Time to look at the band of trailers brought to GamesCom by Konami.

As of late Konami has been focused on celebrating past successes with HD collections for both the Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill franchises. However the legendary publisher has shown that the notion of an original IP is not completely lost upon them with games like NeverDead and Birds of Steel.

All told Konami displayed trailers for Birds of Steel, Metal Gear HD Collection, NeverDead, PES 2012, Puddle, Silent Hill: HD Collection and Silent Hill: Downpour.
