Rockstar Games have released a new trailer for Grand Theft Auto V, or should I say three new trailers showcasing the game’s three main playable characters; Michael, Franklin, and Trevor.
In all the excitement of Sony’s PlayStation 4 reveal two weeks ago, it’s easy to forget that we still have several months’ worth of PS3 games to look forward to! We’ve already seen the likes of DmC: Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Tomb Raider (to name a few!) this year, but those games were merely the tip of the iceberg of what’s still to come.
Grand Theft Auto V’s release date has been pushed back a couple months, moving from Spring 2013 to a more definitive September 17, 2013, Rockstar Games announced today.
The reason given for this push back in release date is to allow the team for additional development time. GTA V aims to be the biggest, most dynamic, and most diverse Grand Theft Auto yet with three main characters set in the fictional metropolis of Los Santos.
Rockstar Games has released the much anticipated second trailer for Grand Theft Auto V. In the trailer, we get a good look at the games three playable characters; Michael, Trevor, and Franklin. In typical GTA fashion, there’s plenty of fast cars, gunfire, and “extracurricular activities” in Los Santos.
Maybe you’re subscribed to Rockstar Newswire, maybe not. Assuming you’re not, Rockstar has announced the Rockstar Games Collection Edition 1 is coming packed with four top selling current generation Rockstar games. Are there actually people out there that haven’t played these games?
The recent release of LittleBigPlanet on PlayStation Vita has opened the floodgates for massive franchises to appear on the system, with the heavyweights of Assassin’s Creed and Call of Duty to follow very soon. The Vita could always do with more games though, so we’ve been discussing which franchises we’d most like to see on Sony’s fledgling handheld.
So-called gaming ‘innovations’ normally disappear after a few short months, but occasionally they strike a real chord with players and stand the test of time. And no, this article doesn’t include motion controls or instrument-shaped dust collectors.
ESRB ratings were reported about a month ago for Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City Stories for PS3 delivery. Now, the US PlayStation Blogcast crew has confirmed at least that GTA 3 is coming next Tuesday. They also confirmed War of the Monsters will also be downloadable when the Tuesday, 31 July update hits the NA PlayStation Store. Care for some old school slaying; do you prefer humans or monsters?
As much as I’d like one, unfortunately there’s no way I can justify, let alone afford, getting a PS Vita right now. Instead of looking upon owners of Sony’s latest handheld console with envy (well, to be fair I’ve been doing that too – obviously), I decided I would simply dust off my old PSP.
Be it real or fake, a blurry photo claimed by the provider to be none other than the map of Grand Theft Auto V surfaced earlier today.
Rumours that Rockstar North are working on a new Grand Theft Auto game have been flying around for a couple of years now. Finally, last week Rockstar confirmed what everyone already knew, and announced Grand Theft Auto V to the world.
Along with the game’s announcement came the news that the first trailer would be released on 2nd November. That just happens to be today, and the trailer is live right now!
Rockstar Games quietly revealed what everyone practically already knew; Grand Theft Auto V is currently in the works. They did it by simply updating their www.rockstargames.com website with the logo of the upcoming game, continuing with the Roman numeral numbering of the sequel instead of a subtitle, ala San Andreas.
The website also reveals that the debut trailer for the game will be released next week on November 2nd.
