LittleBigPlanet got another update this morning. Version 1.10 of our favourite create-em-up was made available for download.
So what do you get for your 22Mb upgrade?
Yes people, you can now get this gem of videogaming for only €17 (for those outside the UK) or £13 (for those of you located in the UK).
On Thursday night, amongst the razzle-dazzle of the Las Vegas lights, Sackboy and co. wooed the crowd and walked off with eight prestigious gongs at the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences awards.

There’s another LittleBigPlanet patch just gone live and although it doesn’t bring any new features, it does fixes some bugs which can’t be a bad thing.
Valentines Day is fast approaching us and those of us who don’t have the pleasure of having that significant other to be with will have to settle for SackBoy or SackGirl instead. The folks over at PlayStation.Blog have announced the Valentines Day Theme Pack along with a special costume, the McLovin SackBoy. Personally, I’d love to spend Valentines Day with the little guy, they are just so cute.
UK online store Play includes LittleBigPlanet as part of its Monster Sale. The bargains are only available for so long so act sharpish and be the proud owner of your very own Sackboy.
One thing is for sure; when it comes to creating LittleBigPlanet content, I’m a newbie.
And when I see levels like Ultimate Pinball Challenge – created by the obviously talented UrbanDevil – it makes me wonder if I will ever generate anything that even comes close to ‘downright average’, let alone ‘ultimate’.
The best thing to do? Let everyone else keep coming up with awesome levels like this one and then play the field…

So after rolling out of the unmade bed that is Christmas and landing with a thud on the thin end of 2009, we have to do two things. Firstly, we have to take stock. Looking back at 2008, it is clear that us PS3 Attitudees had a great year. With the likes of LBP and MGS4, we can’t surely expect 2009 to be as good.
Can we?
Which brings me nicely onto the second thing we have to do at this time of year; look forward to what the next 12 months will bring us. Brodiesan has already started outlining many of the components making up the raft of games careening toward us with careless abandon in the coming months, but I thought I would take advantage of my shiny new crystal ball.

So: Was I the only one who waited with bated breath for the MGS pack to go live on the EU store? Apparently not. A post has appeared over on the PlayStation Forums announcing that we here in Europe will not see the MGS pack for LittleBigPlanet today.
