Believe it or not, the PlayStation 3 was released nearly four years ago, and since then the console has been graced with hundreds of great titles. Therefore, we at PS3 Attitude thought we’d take some time to pay tribute to the people who create the games that make our mundane lives just that little bit more entertaining: the developers.
Over the next few weeks we’ll be revealing our one hundred favourite developers, and believe us when we say that there are some incredibly talented teams included. We’ve now revealed forty developers in our mammoth list, and today we’re revealing another ten.
As you may know, PS3 Attitude is an official media partner for Edinburgh Interactive 09. You can always find all the latest news regarding the event here.
So without further ado, here is our full and complete show preview, helping you get the best from the event.
Check out Futo from Eidos’ upcoming Mini-Ninjas.
Showing a lack of basic sword proficiency during his ninja training, Futo has reverted to wielding a hammer to get the job done. And if you make fun of him because of it – he’ll likely give you a slap with it.
Futo also has the special ability of crunching up into what is called the “Futo Ball” and then literally rolling over enemies.
Another tidbit from the recent press release also mentions Futo’s love of apples. Apparently “during apple picking season, Futo is not allowed into the apple fields because he tends to eat them all.” Hammers. Rolling over enemies. Grand Orchard Larceny. We’re liking where Mini Ninjas is going.
You are a young ninja-in-training. You are the leader of a band of diminutive ninjas. You are facing the Evil Samurai Warlord and his army. You must defeat him and bring back the forest animals back to their original state. You are Hiro (no relation).
Humor, cuteness and sleek ninja action are all parts of yet another game that we can’t wait to play. Thanks E3. Mini Ninjas will release this fall for the PS3 and other consoles.
It seems somewhat fitting that, just as we were discussing the finer points of Ninjitsu terminology over Twitter with Dylan Jobe of LightBox Entertainment, new story details of IO Interactive’s Mini Ninjas emerges from the shadows.
Though we presented a trailer back in January, it’s now time to take a look at the plot behind this new title. What could those lovable pyjama-wearing rogues be up to?
Mini Ninjas was introduced to the world earlier today. IO Interactive – known for the Hitman series – is working on the game and things seem to be going pretty good.
Apart from the eight in-game screenshots we have for you, you can watch the Debut trailer of the game in all its 720p glory!
