With the recent news that Final Fantasy VII has reached 100,000 downloads from the US PlayStation Store within a fortnight, there was only one question that sprung to our collective mind.

And so we were delighted when we heard (literally) that it is being hyped up to be even bigger than the previous Ratchet and Clank game on the PS3; Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction.

It was first announced unofficially if you like via the @insomniacgames twitter page on Tuesday, but now Sony have confirmed to Eurogamer that it is in fact true.
