Usually OSTs are only available in Japan and anyone else must import them if they want to hear the music of the games they love. Well not any more, for Americans at least. Partnering with Sumthing Else Music Works, Capcom will be releasing soundtracks to our favorite games including Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Bionic Commando, Dead Rising, and Monster Hunter.
No Mega Man or Devil May Cry? Perhaps we’ll see those in the future.
When life gets you down you need someone (or something) to tell you it’s going to be all right. Someone (or something) to be your rock. Someone (or something) to stand firm and unwavering against whatever life throws at you. Someone (or something) you can look at and get a warm fuzzy feeling inside that makes all your troubles disappear.
While we can’t help you with the someone (Craig’s list is not the way to go, trust us) we can definitely help you with the something. Behold the Capcom Girl Collection Cammy.
Read on to find out how to get your hands on her (it?) and to see some deliciously detailed pictures of our favorite female Street Fighter. Let the drooling commence.
We admit that we have been swept away by a certain title but we still have much love for Street Fighter IV and, judging by our friends list, so do you. With that in mind we would like to throw some very helpful (or not so helpful depending on your point of view) training documents to make your wins come a lot easier.
Warning: These documents range from the informative to the WTF, but what else would you expect from this writer huh?
Everyone has been out buying Street Fighter 4, it would seem. With silly numbers shipped worldwide, the actual breakdown between console markets makes for interesting reading.
PS3 Attitude proudly presents an interview with Tom Nally, a student in the UK who could well be the Molyneux, Miyamoto or Ueda of tomorrow. We grilled Tom about a host of things, from emotional music right through to where the industry needs to pick up the slack.
The headline could have easily read “Resident Evil 5 – The Visa Card” as well as “Bionic commando – The Visa Card”, you can choose from any of these major franchises if you decide to sign up for the first ever Capcom Unity Prepaid VISA Card.
Capcom is the first video game company to offer a co-branded Visa rewards card program specifically designed for gamers. ‘Did they just say rewards?’ Yes they did, read on for the juicy bits.
One day before Street Fighter IV comes out on “the streets”, Street Fighter II HD Remix is finally hitting the European PlayStation Store tomorrow at a price of £11.99 or €14.99.
The game has been on the North American stores for nearly three months, but we guess it’s better late than never…
Street Fighter IV is mere days away from being released and we cannot wait to get our ↓, ↘, → on. Again. Today is about the main bad guys Bison and Seth. Most of us have our money on M. Bison, ass we never underestimate pure evil. That smile at the end of the video? Pure evil my friends, pure evil.
Not too long ago, just a few hours to be exact, we brought you news that Street Fighter IV would be getting alternate costumes in Japan. Well we now know that those same costumes will be hitting North American shores in packs of five as well, beginning February 17th for $3.99 each.
What we didn’t know then is that more DLC is on its way. Announced today is Championship Mode, an expansion pack which will add new and unique gameplay options to the game. Oh, and did I mention that it will be available free of charge?
Capcom have announced their plans for Street Fighter IV downloadable content in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine. The content will be released January 12 in Japan and continue with weekly release for a month. The DLC has been confirmed for the Japanese PS Store only but we expect that the North American and European offerings will be very, very similar.
Get on with the content already? Ok, if you insist.
According to Andriansang.com, RE5 will have Home support from the get go with Street Fighter adding functionality through an update. The lounge for Resident Evil 5 will have a Kijuju theme and players will be able to join co-op games and such from there. Users will also be able to unlock items during their playthough of the game as well as purchase costumes of their favorite characters. Looks like we’re going to have a lot of Ryu’s and Ken’s running around.
Figurines, art books, soundtracks; it is all good stuff but presentation is key. It is what sets them apart from the rest of the games out there. Ranging close to 1.5x the price of the game itself, are these so called Collector’s Editions worth collecting though?
We take a look at both the usual and unique items in Collector’s Editions and whether they are deemed fit to be worthy of their name…
Join PS3 Attitude’s most colorful (albeit white-skinned) character as he delves so deep into all things Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix from his twisted unique point of view, that he begins to contemplate seeking and defeating Sheng Long to really stand a chance.
Part 33 1/3: The Final Insult. Now with mostly new jokes!
Join PS3 Attitude’s most colorful (albeit white-skinned) character as he delves little bit deeper today into all things Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix from his twisted unique point of view. I have received numerous calls demanding a cease and desist from any and all further attempts of game journalism (or anything that would pass for game journalism), but I never paid much attention to grandma anyway. Even when she was alive.
Part 2 1/2 is upon thee.
Join PS3 Attitude’s most colorful (albeit white-skinned) character as he delves into all things Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix from his twisted unique point of view. Some may argue that ‘demented’ is a more appropriate adjective than ‘colorful’ but we won’t pay attention to the voices in my head today. Part 1 is here to stay.
A new Street Fighter IV trailer is here to remind us that there are less than 30 days for the US release. The full cast is here delivering some truly awesome one-liners such as the one featured in the title by the always awesome Dan.
The clue is in the title, really. We have more good news about SF4. But I’m not about to tell you here. Oh no. Go see! Before it is too late and it’s gone… (that’s a clue, btw!)
We take a look at the state of PS3 in Japan. With some big games coming out and a run in the hardware charts has Sony finally turned the corner in terms of the flagging success of the console in the region?
Everything is about Street Fighter IV these days! Characters’ pictures, new peripherals and collector’s editions, just one month before its release.
Continuing the trend, Capcom recently released a set of screenshots that feature Rose (my personal favourite). A video featuring gameplay footage was also released, featuring Rose and Gen.
