In March, Journey saw thatgamecompany’s three-game deal with Sony come to an exceptional end; today, Sony makes way for a brand new three-game contract with another talented indie developer, Giant Sparrow. So the obvious question is; does the studio’s first game, The Unfinished Swan, have what it takes to compete with the best of the PlayStation Network?
Developer Giant Sparrow’s arty paint-throwing title is coming exclusively to PSN on 24 October 2012 in Europe, so we assume North America gets it a day earlier. But better yet, if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you get it an entire week earlier!
Despite the title of the game, it actually will be finished when it goes up on the PlayStation store and you won’t need to spend extra to unlock missing parts, etc.
Throughout Gamescom week our inbox gets barraged by publishers pushing trailers, but we can’t complain. We love them, and we know you do too.
