Make sure you watch the trailer, after the jump…
Singularity Trailer Revealed
We have the trailer for the upcoming FPS Singularity and boy does it look interesting. Announced during last years E3, there hasn’t been much information on the title. We now have a gameplay trailer that sheds some more light on this eerie looking game. It appears time is an important factor as well as the manipulation of your surroundings. We’ll probably be using both to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. Enough with the chitchat, continue reading for the trailer.
Hail to the King Diamond – Heavy Metal Frontman Featured in Guitar Hero Metallica
And now for something completely different (than Killzone 2), we bring you Guitar Hero Metallica news. Forget about the fearsome foursome, it’s all about the king. No not the one who thanked profusely, probably too much; nor the one who creeps into your home, watches you sleep and then offers you a burger; or the wrestler turned commentator turned plastic surgery freak.
No my friends, King Diamond is the only king we bow down around these parts. Well him and the one we dare not speak of. We are not worthy.

Sony planning most aggresive marketing year
Sony is planning a big marketing year, in fact what they call “the most aggressive marketing year in its history”.
That is according to Peter Dille from Sony’s senior VP. The marketing begins with Killzone 2, with God of War III also getting the treatment.
Read on for what else he has to say.

Well, in a message received from KillzoneDotCom, we’ve learnt that the online servers will in fact be up to coincide with the European release this Wednesday.

Killzone 2 – a personal precursor
I have to admit, I hadn’t really jumped on the hype train for Killzone 2.
Of course like everyone else I gasped at the now (in)famous video shown at E3 2005, but that gasp soon turned into a sigh when the truth was revealed.
Now that I have the full game in my hands though, I have a new reason for excessive gasping.
Cole from inFamous has Dinner Plans
Last week we saw Cole square up against a mechanised member of the Dustmen Gang and this week, proving that there is no rest for the electrified wicked, we witness yet another confrontation from Sucker Punch’s upcoming inFamous.

Want to know what categories they won?
Of course you do.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine Information Blowout
It would appear as if today was superhero day. Activision has released the box art for X-Men Origins: Wolverine along with new screenshots and even a trophy list. Let’s hope we don’t get Wolverine overload here.
Look at Hugh Jackman’s angry face. Don’t you just want to give him a hug? No? Ok, well how about those razor sharp claws. He’s just itching to stab someone…

Are demos bad for the industry and developers?
Game Demos have been part of the industry for as long as we can remember and they offer gamers the chance to try out a game without taking any money from their pockets.
However we ask ourselves, are demos actually bad for the industry and developers?
Singstar. Without the tangle.
Drunken nights on Singstar ruined by cable catastrophes? Seems that we may be getting a solution come next month. Not only that, but we are being treated to Singstar: Pop Edition in April, too! So what about this cable issue…?
Noby Noby Boy is the most viral PS3 game yet
We feel quite close to Noby Noby Boy here at PS3 Attitude. Catching our first glance of what Takahashi-san had up his creative sleeve back in October 2007, we’ve been intrigued ever since.
Now that Noby Noby Boy has been unleashed on the unsuspecting public, what will draw people to want to try out Keita Takahashi’s community playground?
Viral marketing – that’s what.
Sony Reminds us of Blockbuster Exclusives and Killzone 2 in 4-D
Just in case you forgot about all the giant blockbuster titles that Sony has in store for us this year, they’ve sent out a reminder. According to a press release sent out by SCEA:
“Kicking off the new line up, Killzone®2 is set to launch on February 27, 2009 and promises to be the industry’s first major gaming hit for 2009 as well as a key driver for PlayStation®3 (PS3â„¢) hardware sales. Killzone 2 is the third installment of the popular PlayStation-exclusive franchise, and the first of the series to appear on PS3. Delivering a truly immersive experience only possible through PS3’s Blu-ray gaming potential, Killzone 2 is already generating wide-spread critical acclaim, earning an impressive Metacritic score of 92.”
North American PS Store Update – February 19th (Noby Noby Whaa? Edition)
Not even its creator can explain it; he only wants you to play it. At $4.99 how can you say no Noby Noby Boy? Except for the first two letters in ‘noby’; we can’t. Zuma is another game that we could recommend, at least the demo. We know of a certain PS3A Staff Writer that sneaks a round or two with the PC version. Speaking of demos, the foul mouthed Afro Samurai has a demo for you (I wonder if it was toned down for the demo). The legends are in Paradise; go get your favorite one or all four (you know you want to). Your Guitar Rock Hero Band DLC is here despite someone forgetting to tell you it was coming (sorry). Get yours while they last, full details after the break.
