Crytek, creators of the Far Cry and Crysis games, have released a teaser trailer for their upcoming cryENGINE 3 multiplatform game engine.

We all know how beautifully Crysis looked on the PC (at least those capable of running the game at its full potential) so to see the engine for the first time on consoles is quite exciting.

Now that Dylan Cuthbert has put all us trigger-happy games journalists in our collective place, it’s safe to say that PixelJunk’s next title will not feature at GDC.

Posting over at the official PlayStation blog, Dylan was good enough to take some time out of his manic schedule and update us about just what is coming from Q-Games over the coming months.

Our latest Killzone 2 fix comes to you in the form of a Q&A from the developers themselves, Guerrilla Games. We had to track them down deep in the jungles of the Amazon region of Colombia; we had full network coverage the whole trip so it was ok. That Amsterdam headquarters is a front to confuse ‘the man’.

We talk about lessons learned from Killzone 1 and Killzone: Liberation, the inspiration behind Killzone 2′s Warzone online mode, and even take a challenge from Guerrilla Games. We have the trailer for the upcoming FPS Singularity and boy does it look interesting. Announced during last years E3, there hasn’t been much information on the title. We now have a gameplay trailer that sheds some more light on this eerie looking game. It appears time is an important factor as well as the manipulation of your surroundings. We’ll probably be using both to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. Enough with the chitchat, continue reading for the trailer.

I have to admit, I hadn’t really jumped on the hype train for Killzone 2.

Of course like everyone else I gasped at the now (in)famous video shown at E3 2005, but that gasp soon turned into a sigh when the truth was revealed.

Now that I have the full game in my hands though, I have a new reason for excessive gasping.

Along with confirming the previous Home details we heard already, US Home Manager CydoniaX gave updated details on some of the features Sony have planned for Home.

European Home Manager TedTheDog has been on the EU PlayStation forums today including replying to people’s questions and suggestions for Home.

EA announced earlier today that the first batch of Dead Space DLC was on the way. The Xbox 360 would see their downloadable content this Thursday (13th November), whilst the PS3 would wait one extra week.

An extra week is no big deal when you’re getting a great deal of extra content to purchase, right?
