PS3A PlayTime: 12th-18th August 2013
With MitchJay still on holiday, it was up to the rest of the PS3 Attitude team to make up for his lack of play time. This week, DolphGB continued his indiscretion with The Last of Us (I know, it’s getting a bit awkward now, isn’t it?), Majiesto finally completed his playthrough of the BioShock saga, and I became engrossed in an incredible little game called Gone Home.

In addition, Eidos-Montreal have unveiled the box art for the game along with a new gamescom trailer entitled “Uprising.” Garrett the Master Thief is torn between the people in the city and the politicians who run it.
Thomas Was Alone creator reveals next project
Mike Bithell, creator of the excellent Thomas Was Alone, has just announced his latest project. Volume is a top-down stealth game with an emphasis on user-created content, and it looks – in a word – awesome.
PS3A PlayTime: 5th-11th August 2013
This week, DolphGB forgot that any games exist other than The Last of Us, Majiesto finally reached Columbia in his mammoth playthrough of the BioShock series, I cried my eyes out after completing The Walking Dead (why, Telltale, why?!), and MitchJay92 went on holiday. Oh, and we’re not jealous of him, by the way. At all. Seriously. Well, maybe just a little bit.
KickBeat finds its groove on PS3 and Vita next month
KickBeat, the kung-fu music rhythm action game, is finally coming to PS3 and Vita early next month.
Zen United are developing it and they’re best known for their Zen Pinball titles, and best of all, they’ve happily confirmed that it will be a cross-buy title.
Tales of Xillia – The PS3 Attitude Review
With the latest game in the Tales Of series, we follow Milla and Jude on their journey to restore mana back to the world.
Boasting upgraded graphics, a more in-depth combat system, and series character designers Kosuke Fujishima and Mutsumi Inomata both working together for the first time on a single game, we look in to whether or not Xillia is the ultimate Tales Of title.
Zatanna to join the roster of Injustice: Gods Among Us
Zatanna, one of the well-known magicians of the DC Universe, is joining the ever-growing cast of Injustice: Gods Among Us.
Ed Boon is clearly listening to fans as he’s delivering some of the most highly requested fighters for Injustice, and yes, they are from the DC Universe rather than the world of Mortal Kombat.
PS3A PlayTime: 29th July-4th August
The Last of Us. Dishonored. BioShock 2. Assassin’s Creed III. Persona 4: Golden. Final Fantasy XIII. The Walking Dead. Rapala Fishing Frenzy 2009.
All but one of these games has been played by the PS3 Attitude team this week, so can you guess which is the imposter? (Seriously, it isn’t that difficult.)
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale to receive no more DLC
PlayStation All-Stars released to underwhelming reviews and sales and, although we feel that it’s a better game than what was poorly advertised, it’s clear that Sony did not give it to attention that it deserved.
So sadly, it won’t be a surprise to many that DLC has been axed for the once-promising title.
Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark – The PS3 Attitude Review
Stealth Inc revolves around clones participating in tests for a manufacturer. It’s either complete the tests or be destroyed by turrets, lasers, robots and more.
You might be thinking, ‘Wow, sounds a bit like Portal!’ and while that’s true to a certain extent, it’s a bit more sadistic than any tests created by GlaDOS and Aperture. It may tickle your funny bone, but it may also crush it.
My take on The Last of Us
After seven weeks, The Last of Us has finally been dethroned from the top of the UK videogames chart, so I thought now was a good time for a retrospective look at my own personal experience with the game. This is the story of how my feelings towards Naughty Dog’s latest adventure went from scornful indifference to something not too far from reverence.
WARNING: The following article contains MAJOR spoilers for The Last of Us. Please only read if you have either completed the game or don’t mind the story being ruined.

With roughly an hours content putting Aveline back in the spotlight, the PS versions of ACIV are aiming to be the best.
PS3A PlayTime: 22nd-28th July 2013
Can you say ‘The Last of Us’? Whereas most new releases disappear from PS3A PlayTime after a few short weeks, Naughty Dog’s post-apocalyptic survival horror continues to come out on top. Also getting some love this week were Final Fantasy XIII, Saints Row: The Third, Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark, The Walking Dead and Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward.

Being MM’s first foray in to handheld gaming, they want to ensure that Tearaway is a top-notch adventure that fans will love.
