White Knight Chronicles (International Edition) is a Role Playing Game developed by the brilliant minds at Level-5. Expectations are very high and it’s for a good reason. Level-5 are the developers behind great games such as Dark Cloud, Jeanne d’Arc, and Dragon Quest VIII.

In Japan, White Knight Chronicles was originally released on Christmas day in 2008. It took over a year to localize the game and many improvements have been made since its initial release.

PS3 owners have been waiting impatiently for the arrival of an epic JRPG from an established studio. Is the latest effort from Level-5 the white knight that fans have been waiting for?

An RPG with lush cinematics and quirky random battles, Squaresoft’s modern day tale of transformation and deceit ticks a lot of boxes when compared to similar games that surfaced in the late 90s.

Final Fantasy XIII producer – Yoshinori Kitase – has commented on the fact he’s interested in the possibility of upgrading the game into stereoscopic 3D to take advantage of the upcoming PS3 firmware update.

Is this a viable use of the companies resources?

In an interview with EDGE, Yoichi Wada – President and CEO of Square Enix – has made some interesting comments on the future direction of the Final Fantasy team.

Unfortunately he seems to have neglected to let them in on this first. So, what does he have to say?

Unfortunately for us music lovers, things aren’t looking good for a Final Fantasy XIII soundtrack release outside of Japan.

And now, things are about to look a little bleaker.

Square Enix’s other RPG, the one that is not Final Fantasy related, will be getting a simultaneous global release on April 23rd, 2010 across the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XIII was an exclusive PS3 game until the company announced that it was coming to Xbox 360 as well.

But once upon a time, the game was being developed on the PS2.

The PS3 version of Thexder Neo is no simple port of the PSP game. Square Enix has revealed that Thexder Neo will include online multiplayer and boss battles.

Square Enix has announced that Front Mission Evolved will be releasing worldwide in Spring 2010.
